Yes, absolutely. Once your website is built and paid for, you own it completely. We can hand over all files, logins and access details after its launch. You can also transfer your domain to other hosting company at any point.

Depending on the package, websites are typically delivered within 7–14 days from when we receive your content and sign-off on the design direction. We keep you updated every step of the way.

We'll need your logo (if you have one), any photos or images you'd like to use and a copy of your current website copy if you have one. And don't worry - we can help with all of this if needed!

Your package price is a one-off payment — there's nothing else to pay during your first year. From Year 2, we ask for a small annual amount to keep your website live and looked after. This covers hosting, domain renewal, SSL, security checks, backups, minor updates and an annual check-in. It starts from just £199/yr for the Core Package and stays the same price every year — no increases, ever.

When your first year is up, we'll get in touch to see if you'd like us to carry on looking after your site. There's absolutely no contract or obligation — you own your website outright and are free to move it to another provider at any time. If you do choose to continue with us, the annual cost stays the same year after year. We simply carry on doing what we do: keeping your site running, secure and up to date.

Yes! You can upgrade your package or add features at any time. We'll let you know the difference and get it done quickly. Your website is always built to scale.

Yes, we offer flexible payment options. Typically a 10-15% deposit upfront and the remainder on completion. For larger projects we can arrange monthly instalments. Please get in touch to discuss.

This gives your site the best possible start. That said, ranking on Google for competitive terms takes time and ongoing effort beyond the build itself. We'll set your site up to be found; if you need more aggressive SEO or Google Ads, we offer those as add-ons too.

If you're happy to proceed, we take a deposit to kick things off, and from there it's design, build, review, and launch. The whole process is straightforward and we keep you informed at every step.
